I’m Jennifer Krier and I can help you connect to a more playful and flexible attitude toward life.

You don’t need to always feel you’re falling short.

You don’t have to be so hard on yourself for each thing you think you are doing wrong.

I understand what it feels like to put all your energy into proving you are enough.  You have already met so many challenges, and you deserve to thrive. I want to see you taking pride in your unique approach to living, and trusting your capacity to be present and grow.  

I have worked in the fields of Anthropology, Yoga and Somatics, Psychotherapy, and Coaching and I have a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to making sense of our human experience.  I understand how we are shaped by many different aspects of life, and I use this insight to help you balance cultural norms and family expectations with your internal sense of what is right.

In our work together we’ll explore all these levels to help you uncover your authentic expression of who you are and how you want to live.
