I understand what it’s like to have self doubt, questioning if you’re up to the task. But you are actually well equipped to deal with life’s tricky passages.
In our work together, I help you meet challenges as they come, and reconnect to a more playful and flexible attitude toward life.
Our work will help you to come home to yourself. By cultivating a greater sense of self-acceptance and appreciation, you will connect with your capacity to grow and find the deeper meaning you have been searching for.
Components of therapy

Therapy Services
Jennifer Krier is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Belmont, MA who integrates traditional talk therapy with mindfulness and body-based practices to help clients process anxiety, depression, and trauma. She works with individuals, couples and groups who are seeking a sense of greater purpose, self-esteem and wholeness in their life transitions and interpersonal relationships. Her approach is rooted in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which helps clients connect with their body in order to develop self-soothing resources, process trauma, and heal attachment wounds.
She is also trained in, and works with, EMDR. Jennifer developed her relational and spiritually informed therapeutic approach as a Social Work Fellow at the Danielsen Institute at Boston University.
With Jennifer’s support, clients learn to mindfully observe their patterns, be less reactive to everyday occurrences and potential triggers, and feel more empowered to make decisions and move forward. She cares deeply that her clients experience tangible benefits from therapy, including increased acceptance around difficult life passages or aspects of self that have not always been appreciated. Jennifer looks forward to working with you.
